I haven’t received a tracking number yet
Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Orders are usually prepared within a few business days; during busy periods this can take a little longer. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder or contact us.
My tracking number isn’t showing any updates
A new number can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after it’s created. If there’s still nothing after a couple of days, reach out and we’ll look into it.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Your tracking page above will show the latest estimated delivery once the carrier scans your parcel.
My order is international — what about customs?
International parcels may pass through customs, which can add a short delay. Any import duties or taxes, where they apply, are set by your local customs office.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it
Please check with anyone at your address and around your doorstep first, then allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us at support@golditude.com and we’ll help.
