Personalized Products

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products made to order (e.g., named, dated, or custom-designed items).

However, if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will make it right.

Return Period for Standard Products

For non-personalized products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

EU/EEA customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Our 30-day policy extends beyond this statutory minimum.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
  • All accessories, tags, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Contact us first to receive return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Hygiene and personal care products (once opened or seal broken)
  • Perishable goods
  • Flammable or hazardous materials

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following specific situations:

  • Item has visible scratches, marks, or stains not caused by shipping
  • Item has been assembled, installed, or altered from its original state
  • Original packaging is missing, damaged, or replaced with different packaging
  • One or more accessories, components, or parts are missing from the return
  • Return is initiated between 30 and 45 days after delivery (at our discretion)
Items returned in any of these conditions will be assessed individually. We will notify you of the partial refund amount before processing.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

EU/EEA customers: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in accordance with EU law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or payment app
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before the refund is posted
  • Contact your bank to confirm the processing timeline

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping for all approved returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the return shipping cost.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

EU/EEA Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following statutory rights in addition to our standard policy:

  • Right of withdrawal: you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 9)
  • To exercise this right, notify us at support@goldetiture.com before the 14-day period expires
  • We will refund the full order value including standard outbound shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice
  • You are responsible for returning the goods promptly; however, we will cover return shipping costs as stated in Section 8
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized/custom-made products, digital downloads, or sealed hygiene items that have been opened.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
