How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on non-personalized products. EU/EEA customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Once your return is approved, we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost for every approved return.

What condition must the item be in?

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and components included.

Are any items non-returnable?

Personalized or made-to-order pieces, gift cards, and sealed hygiene items that have been opened cannot be returned — unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing can vary slightly by bank or provider.

Can I exchange instead of returning?

Yes. Email support@golditude.com with your order number and the size or item you’d like, and we’ll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
