Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as you can at support@golditude.com and we'll do our best to help.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Email us your order number and the size or piece you'd like, and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows. See our Easy Return page for details.

Shipping & Returns

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available for your country — or contact us if you don't see yours.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the method you choose. Any free-shipping offer is applied automatically.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days to return unused items in their original condition, and we cover the return shipping on every approved return. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Start on our Easy Return page.

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but handy: it lets you track orders, save your addresses and start returns faster.

Do you store my card details?

Never. Your card details are encrypted and handled by our secure payment provider — we don't see or store them.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
