Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays, processing time may extend to 7–10 business days.

Processing time covers production, quality control, and invoicing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email at your registered email address.

Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

Delivery time varies depending on the selected carrier and the destination address.

  • Where free shipping is not offered, the shipping fee will be added to the order total at checkout
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and destination address

Full details on delivery timeframes and shipping costs are clearly presented to the customer during the checkout process.

Delivery Conditions

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout by the assigned carrier.

  • Proof of identity may be requested at the time of delivery if deemed necessary
  • If no one is available at the address, the carrier will leave a notification and hold the package at the nearest branch for collection

Legal Delivery Deadline

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.

If delivery does not occur within this period, the customer may notify us in writing and allow a reasonable additional time period. If delivery still does not take place within the extended period, the customer has the right to cancel the contract.

In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid — including the product price and any shipping fees — will be refunded via the customer’s original payment method.

Damage & Loss Claims

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If damage, shortage, or loss is identified during delivery, it must be reported to the carrier on the spot and documented with an official damage report.

For damage or missing items discovered after delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
